Instructional Planning


Planning is our tool to succeed in every action we prepared; in teaching we must select our objectives, strategies and well plan to achieve the good results of what, why and how of the teaching learning process. Teacher must be plan based on the general goals of the school, the objectives of the course, student interest, and topic to be discussing which included to the subject intended for the unit covered. It involves in activities that can create matters in the mentality of the learners it is the whole school year guide of the teacher on how they monitor and managing students for classroom activities.

Course plan a map that identifies and details the content, concept, skills and values to be taught for the whole classes, teacher oblige to be familiar with the important areas of the course before the school year begins. It facilitates the teacher to give an overview for valuable instruction by providing a superior trend for the subject matter.

Cognitive Learning


Cognitive learning is how people learn from their experience in the world, the transformation of learning to new circumstances like on how people remember, think and solve problems.

Every person has their own learning ability but, there are some skills that learner can develop, analysis the ability to break down difficult information for the purpose of identification, scanning the ability to select relevant to irrelevant information the ability to place new information through its principle and function called narrowing and other comprehension skills to help the teacher provide meaningful and suitable performance headed for teaching.

Principles of Learning


Teacher is the responsible of what values achieve their student and it must have a comprehensible thought of the objective.

Every student has their own character, for that reason; you have to be taught in special ways because of individual differences they must see and feel the importance, meanings, suggestion and purpose to real-life situation of a given task experience. And before teacher presenting a new learning experience there should always motivation, you can apply two types of motivation in learning process the Extrinsic Motivation comes in the form of reward and punishment while the Intrinsic Motivation it can provide an aspiration to learn an area of knowledge as long as it has an important knowing and intrinsic motivation is better than extrinsic motivation. Student interest is important in classroom learning it is important also the atmosphere of learning environment to encourage the student participate actively in the learning activity.
