Learning Module


The use of learning module is to develop the student probability and opportunity to master his course in learning process. A learning module is a well planned concept, in a logical type of questions the learner can be focus on their specific skills and continue to improve them. 

The impact of learning modules for the learners is good, because it help make sure that all students are obtaining a good education and sufficient chances to master their subject matter. It can make the teacher more creative in composing guidelines and pointers to become the module most effectively.

What is the teaching strategy can be apply, so the students can utilize their skills they have learned in real life situations.



Teaching a demonstration in a classroom can feel frighten, but demonstration contribute an important role in the classroom they help to increase student understanding of the idea demonstrated and it can raise student interest in class. To become your subject memorable to your students, you should make a way of presentation that can retain as a stimulus to long term learning a strategy that allows learners to view a real illustration of a skill and a new process of action to be learned.

Instructional Planning


Planning is our tool to succeed in every action we prepared; in teaching we must select our objectives, strategies and well plan to achieve the good results of what, why and how of the teaching learning process. Teacher must be plan based on the general goals of the school, the objectives of the course, student interest, and topic to be discussing which included to the subject intended for the unit covered. It involves in activities that can create matters in the mentality of the learners it is the whole school year guide of the teacher on how they monitor and managing students for classroom activities.

Course plan a map that identifies and details the content, concept, skills and values to be taught for the whole classes, teacher oblige to be familiar with the important areas of the course before the school year begins. It facilitates the teacher to give an overview for valuable instruction by providing a superior trend for the subject matter.

Cognitive Learning


Cognitive learning is how people learn from their experience in the world, the transformation of learning to new circumstances like on how people remember, think and solve problems.

Every person has their own learning ability but, there are some skills that learner can develop, analysis the ability to break down difficult information for the purpose of identification, scanning the ability to select relevant to irrelevant information the ability to place new information through its principle and function called narrowing and other comprehension skills to help the teacher provide meaningful and suitable performance headed for teaching.

Principles of Learning


Teacher is the responsible of what values achieve their student and it must have a comprehensible thought of the objective.

Every student has their own character, for that reason; you have to be taught in special ways because of individual differences they must see and feel the importance, meanings, suggestion and purpose to real-life situation of a given task experience. And before teacher presenting a new learning experience there should always motivation, you can apply two types of motivation in learning process the Extrinsic Motivation comes in the form of reward and punishment while the Intrinsic Motivation it can provide an aspiration to learn an area of knowledge as long as it has an important knowing and intrinsic motivation is better than extrinsic motivation. Student interest is important in classroom learning it is important also the atmosphere of learning environment to encourage the student participate actively in the learning activity.

Information Processing to Meaningful Learning



The information takes sequence when its process, Sensory Registers can receive the information from our senses and holds it for a very short period of time comparable when you smell or feel something, and that information transfer to the Short-Term Memory which they can holds the limited amount of information to arrange the parts of information so that it works as a whole or to get rid the information that being of no further use. At the same time,  the Long- Term Memory was responsible for providing the information in a long period of time and to perform the process of integration through a trial performance of an information that is already have committed to memory.

Meaningful Learning Theory, Ausubel demand that in every individual learns by establishing newly takes information to what the learner already knows. It involves on how the students obtain big amount of knowledge or skill through his study from oral or written performance in a learning development, assessing their capacity of being active.

Behavioral Theory



In this Behavioral Theories of Learning I learned on how to handle a different types of learner's in my actual teaching, I should face different person with their different behavior but need of an equal and fair attention.

Every person have their own behavioral activities some people in their classroom are talkative, but they participated well, while some others are listening to those who are talking in front but, in the meantime 
he did not understand because not all are fast learner so, those moderate and slow learner 
needs reinforcement, it can have different effects to different learner's and by continued reinforcing the 
learner's can acquire new behavior to make them fully motivated.

Likewise, in each type of learner needs different kind of reinforcement, the higher the level of learner the easiest for them to handle with the idea.whereas the lower the level of learner needs very rigid attention and concentration.
